I work with sound, energy, and the quiet wisdom the body already holds. Creating space for healing through the resonance of Alchemy Crystal Bowls, alongside tools I've gathered from years of searching for my own way back to myself.

My path has been one of continuous becoming. I've explored the human mind through NLP and timeline therapy, sat with the symbolism of Tarot, and followed each thread until it led me to sound. I know what it feels like to be disconnected from yourself — and I know the profound shift that happens when something finally speaks to the part of you that words can't reach.

MY STORY

They say the universe began with a sound; my own new beginning started in much the same way.

They say the universe began with a sound; my own new beginning started in much the same way.

In 2022, I hit a wall. I went through a period of intense burnout at work, coupled with a major shift in my personal life. I began searching for a way to heal. I explored many interesting courses. Each of these was a brick that paved the way toward sound.

In 2022, I hit a wall. I went through a period of intense burnout at work, coupled with a major shift in my personal life. I began searching for a way to heal. I explored many interesting courses. Each of these was a brick that paved the way toward sound.

My path into sound healing began in 2023 with my first course: Tibetan Singing Bowls. I didn’t realise it at the time, but it was the first ripple. I soon discovered that where words failed, sound spoke to me. It connects to my heart in a way that my busy brain can’t disrupt.

At the beginning of 2025, I decided to invest in an Alchemy Crystal bowl and took a course with Sound Universe. I discovered something far more than just a tool; it was pure joy. I fell in love with how the pure, deep vibrations of the bowls could clear the noise in my head and soothe my most intense emotions. Later that year, I decided to dive deeper and completed my Level 2 training.

At the beginning of 2025, I decided to invest in an Alchemy Crystal bowl and took a course with Sound Universe. I discovered something far more than just a tool; it was pure joy. I fell in love with how the pure, deep vibrations of the bowls could clear the noise in my head and soothe my most intense emotions. Later that year, I decided to dive deeper and completed my Level 2 training.

Sound hasn’t just helped me further my path of self-discovery; it has given me a new way to speak. It is now my passion and my reality. I will always be a student of both the self and of sound, but I am now also a practitioner.
